U.S. troops in Port Au Prince: Leaders of the multinational force.



A young boy just shot by English-speaking troops who told his mother, "Back! Back!" as she rushed to help him. After he was shot, the area was shut down by the troops for 24 hours; His mother could not take him to the hospital until a day later.
